I worked on this poor ole XP-100 in-between jobs around here, and finally got it about finished.
Still a lot of ARROW WOOD oil needs rubbed into it when I have the time..
It's a 6.5x47 Ackley right now but I do have a mag bolt for it when it's also a 6.5 SAUM 35˚ Imp...
Maple- Walnut- Cherry laminate I laid up years ago..

I didn't take a lot of photo's while carving on the stock, but heres a few when it was in progress.
Other than the basic outline, and the barrel channel it was all done with a small carving knife, and sandpaper...

Really nice Preacher. when I do gun stock work I usually use boiled linseed oil. What is this Arrow root oil, fill me in, why do you use it?

Thanks for all those pictures preacher they are much appreciated. Good specialty pistol stocks are really hard to come by these days.

Changeling here's where I always got mine. He used to do the gun show in town here but have not seen him in person for a while. It's good stuff, I like it. He always did a lot of demos at the show to sell his stuff.
