IMR-8208 & 6x47L

First time posting here. Wasn't sure if this question belonged here or 2 more forums down.
I have a 6x47L and 6mm-250 and because of all the positive reviews I've read about IMR-8208, decided to buy an 8 pounder. Unfortunately Hodgdon (IMR) is still testing and doesn't know when they will get around to this cartridge (if ever). I realize the 6XC is pretty close but they haven't done that either. So, does anyone have any suggestions for this powder for a 75gr V-Max (6mm-250) and an 87gr V-Max, 95gr Berger and maybe a 105 pill for the 6x47L?

I might be wrong but this powder IIRC is just a touch faster then varget? Behind a fat 108 bib bullet i have a great load a 37 grains of varget. I believe it may be to fast to push something this heavy but loading a 95 grainer 34-36 would prob be a good place to start. Add close to 1 grain for every 10 grains you loose in bullet weight.

You are in luck my friend. I worked up a load for my 6x47 Lapua last weekend. My load was 36 gr. IMR8208 XBR with a 105 A-Max, start at about 34 and work up from there.

I don't know what the velocity is, but it shoots 5 shots in 1/2" at 100 yards. I know I can get it to shoot better, but it's a hunting rifle, 200 yds. max distance, since I had it built for my dad and he is not planning on shooting further than that. Also the reason why no chronograph readings were taken.

The rifle is built on a Remington 700 action with a 24" 1:8" twist Bartlein bbl. in one of those nice looking wood stocks from Stockys that have the carbon fiber sandwiched in between. It is glass bedded and aluminum pillar bedded. I'll try to post a picture later.
