IMR 4064

Does any one know if there is formula change made in the IMR4064? I have a newly purchased 8lbkeg, but the performance does not even come close to the older stuff.
In my 22-250Ack, I noticed first my group opened from low .2s to 1" and the 10 shot avg is also 104 fps slower with same brass and primer.

As tightneck indicated that is true, however I must ask one question of the NEW Lot, did you get vertical in the group which added up to the 1", if so you are correct that it is slower and Ya just need to add powder to get back to your velocity node and regain the accuracy.
