You are going to have to give a bit more info than that, if you include the following might help other's give you the right info

Brass
Primer
Bullet
OAL

I am using 4064 but in a 28" CBI barrel

190 SMK moly'd
WIN brass
CCI200

can't say on the charge weight for my load as i have not been able to test and powder weight but i suspect ill be in the 42-43 gr area at 2600-2675 fps

What information are you after?

Go to the hodgdon reloading site and look at all the loads available and start low and work up.What might work in someone else's gun may not work in yours.Try load development and you will tune it to your barrel.

Couldn't agree more. More than once I've in one direction, chasing an accurate load just because someone posted their data, only to find that my rifle wanted something that was in an entirely different direction.

Do a ladder test, one shot per charge at a target 300 yards or more away, and identify the accuracy nodes for YOUR rifle. You'll save a lot of time, powder, bullets, and primers, by starting there.

You'll search awhile trying to find load info for 170gr D-46. (Where'd you find those?) Worth noting that the D-46 has a relatively long bearing surface and may be a bit larger than .308 - the 185gr are .309.
