Import Fees on Products from Outside USA

I just had to pay $115 in import fees for a single chamber reamer. This was not an issue 2 years ago....

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Had two different things come in from overseas this week. DHL made me pre-pay for the Import Duty before they'd deliver and UPS post-billed me after delivery. Both fees were about 5% of value.
The UPS bill was interesting as they said they had the right to collect the product they delivered if I didn't pay (in so many words).
