Crikey it is not hard to neck turn. Use a K &M and anneal with a portable drill. We do this for all our hunting ammo. Just do a few batches at a time i.e. 100/200 rounds. You would spend more time watching the tv than this. Neck turning does not necessitate that you rip the neck down to bare minimum but to eliminate the variances. The K & m has very precise gradations for doing this. A real quality product.
