Identify barrel blank, Obermeyer?

Received this blank with a recent purchase and I don’t have a use for it so I’d like to be sure of the maker before I put it up for sale. Blank is 29” long with a fairly rough finish. Box obviously says Obermeyer but it was open when I got it. Thanks

I vaguely remember my Obermeyer (same caliber and twist) was rougher exterior than any Krieger, Bartlein, or Brux that I have bought. It polished out the same and then got coated.

I also vaguely remember him stamping it that way. Mine has been a fabulous barrel and it rarely gets shot as it cannot be replaced. Silly I know, but there it is.

It is an Obermeyer. Good find. Probably one of the last few still out there in the original form.
