ID This Adjustable Iris/ Aperture

Hey folks,

Can someone ID this aperture for me? I think it may be a Parker-Hale. Mu google-fu is poor and I'm having a hell of a time trying to find a pic or a post somewhere that lets me know what it is and who made it. It's currently paired with Redfield International Match sights on a Pre64 Mod 70 Target.
