IBS membership

Good morning, I have tried to rejoin IBS since Sept. of this year having sent two applications and checks.I have contacted Jeff Stover and have had some contact with Joan Borden,all via e-mail,but no luck.Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem.If you don`t want to respond on this open forum,please contact me @ sampseljeff@yahoo.com

Morning guys, Just checked again.Neither check has cleared.Last check was mailed A.M. of the day that Precision Shooting announced it was closing,which I didn`t see until 9PM that night.Anyway thanks for the response Good Luck Frank.

I think IBS is trying to regroup a bit from PS closing , as that was a significant part of the cost of membership. Just got some ballots the other day regarding preferences about diseminating the IBS news in the future. Hopefully everything will get worked out in the next few weeks. I would think Joan Borden would be the go-to person for any concerns at this time, via phone. Good luck, Joe

That's why I'm not concerned about the delay since my payment went out to Joan. I'm not going to call her, she must be busy enough as it is. I'm not going to panic until next February.

There is going to be a change in membership dues for 2013. It will be either $60 or a 20-40 % reduction since there will be no more PS magazine. That is most likely the delay that's taking place.

OK, I'm starting to panic! I have not received my membership card yet and it has been 5 months since I sent the money for 2013. It seems to me that things should be running a bit more smoothly at IBS.

I mailed the memberships for me and my club in December and they came back about mid-February. Sent direct to Joan Borden.
