IBS 600 Yard SOY Points are up

I noticed yesterday that the IBS has put up the first SOY points for this year. It says it is current to April 16th. Also noticed it said to contact Donna Matherws for any questions or corrections. Does this mean that Mike Hanes isn't doing them anymore? They are listed under the News tab.
