We have a record crowd already registered for this years 200-300 yard National event held at Rattlesnake Ranch and Wildlife club in Kinston, NC. Preregistration is required to attend and you can feel free to call me and let me know you are planning to attend or PM me on here. Thanks, JC

We have 54 registered for the 200-300 Nationals in Rattlesnake as of today. We are just 3 weeks away, please send me a message or call me if you are planning on shooting and haven't already preregistered. Hope to see everyone in Kinston, NC at the Rattlesnake Ranch and Wildlife club. Heard there will be some GOOD NC wood cooked BBQ for lunch on Saturday and Fried Chicken on Sunday. Thanks, JC

I want to thank Stuart Johnson, Jim Cline and all of the other people involved for the hard work that goes into hosting a National match like this. Thank You

It looks like the Rattlesnake is the place to be this weekend!!!

American Barrel Company (ABC) would like to help promote this shoot so there is a 17.5 twist Heavy Varmint barrel headed your way to give away to some lucky shooter. I was told to mark the barrel with a secret number so I etched the secret number into the barrel near the tip of the muzzle. That's a great way to do it.;)

ABC has been out of the game for a bit so for those score shooters that aren't familiar with ABC 17.5T barrels they work really well.
ABC 17.5T barrels hold two current IBS records both shot by the late Richard Sissel and they have also won two IBS National Score Championships both shot by Brud Sheats.

Richard Sissel record:
100/200 yard agg 500- 44 X's
200 yard agg 250- 21 X's

Looking like 59 for the 200-300 score Nationals! That’s an amazing lineup of some of the best shooters in the nation.

For the negative people out there that said “score is dying” they might want to check their own numbers before making stupid comments! One of the largest turnouts since I started shooting! Let’s all come have fun! See you Friday.

The 300 yard portion concluded today. From what I hear the mirage was getting pretty bad with bullet holes hard to see by the end of the match. When the dust cleared, Jim Cline had taken a clean sweep for the two days, 200 and 300 yards, and Grand Aggregate winner. Your 2025 IBS Score 200/300 yard Overall National Championship goes to Jim Cline. Congratulations Jim! Mike Clayton was runner up. Congratulations to all that participated.
Rattlesnake Ranch Wildlife Club in Kinston, NC, never fails to pour out hospitality to all that come. It is a great place to shoot. If you have not shot there, I suggest you put it on your list. Great people, great food, great range, all facilities are all under one roof.

JC also landed himself in the hall of fame with this weekends sweep. Congrats

Good times ! Congrats to the winners.
Congratulations to Jim Cline on achieving HOF!
Rattlesnake put on a fantastic shoot.
Things ran great. Target crew, lunch providers were fantastic.
Plenty of fun in between plenty of serious shooting.
If you're not having a good time at IBS matches you're being too serious at the wrong times.

A good time with some great shooters and certainly some tough conditions. The scores and X count tells the story…. If you haven’t been bitten by the SNAKE it’s because you haven’t been here to shoot!

Stuart, Mrs Pat, Jim, Tammy, Mickey, Buck, target crew and a few others at RRWC did a great job!

I have to say it again! How about Jim Cline gaining enough points for Hall Of Fame. I’ve never seen a better Match Director, shooter and competitor! First Class all the way! Congratulations once again Jim!
