A while back, I was given a couple hundred of these to try by a member here.

Last week end I tried them in my 30BR. I put them behind The same load that I use the regular Federal 205’s, and the shot exactly the same.

So Monday I ordered 5000 from Capital Cartridge, and the arrived today.

I am going to try them in my 6PPC tomorrow.image.jpg

That is quick service. I live near the old Lake Houston Gun range and it took over 2 weeks to get them.

I hope they shoot well in your PPC also.

Keep us posted Jackie....Jim

I've been testing them in my PPC, and they require just some fine tuning. With both N133 and LT-32, theydidn't shoot the best group, but were 2nd or 3rd best, which is plenty good enough to use them further. The same 3 primers keep working in my gun. BR4, 450, and Ginex. I just ordered 5000 more so there's not much chance of running out soon.

I got mine a few weeks ago but didn't get the chance to try them so please keep up updated! Anxious to hear.
Thanks

Wallisville rd was where my office was for about 6mo. I sure miss houston sometimes
I worked the Houston floods of 2017, what a mess! Going in flooded homes with no cooling, ... well, you can imagine the smell. Everything some owned was on the curb.

Made it to the range this morning with two of my Light Varmint 6PPC’s, one on a Farley, the other a Bat Neuvo Action. Both Rifles were shooting pretty good considering the 106 degree temperature and switchy winds. I was using my standard flag setup.

I shot my usual load, 30.4 grns of N133 behindd my own 68 grn bullet.

A problem did arise. I pierced two primers.

These Rifles never pierce primers with Federal 205’s.

The Unis Primer shot really well in my 30BR with no issues. But it’s pressure curve with it’s accuracy load is not as high as my 6PPC at it’s optimum agging capability.

in a lower load window, they should work great. I rarely shoot a 6PPC in the lower load window.

here are the best three 5 shot groups shot from each rifle.131E5607-14A8-406A-A1BA-54248681CB83.jpeg

I was there. I couldnt think of getting around that area for a long time. My office flooded and they threw away everything that wasnt metal- drawings from the past 100+yrs and all

They seemed to be very consistent primers when I shot them several years ago . Problem was finding a consistent supply for them back then .
