I put together an excel file to keep powder inventory.
I hope this helps.

- Count your powder in pounds and multiply by 7000 that is the total number of grains
- As you use powder deduct it from inventory. Say in December you will load 200 cases of IMR4064 and each case is 35.8 grains so I would enter -716 for the month of December. If I do more loading then I just add it to the total for that month.
- In column "O" it will give you the total grains left over
- In column (P) it will give you the total lbs left over
- In column (Q) gives you an average number of rounds that you produce based on 45 grains per round
I hope this helps.
