I have a new addiction and I think they should give a warning!!

5-am came and my mind was in full swing thinking about accuracy... Yesterday I went and shot my first 600-Yard fun day and did very good for just throwing a combination together. 5 shots in a group the size of a apple.. The gun is a Dan Dowling built 6.5x47 Lapua on a Panda MBR hart barrel NF 15-55 comp scope. What did I do when I got home from the shoot? I studied some more.

My old addition was fun 0-145 Mph in 9 seconds was fun but this is more of a challenge by far. See Video Below

Sweet! This week I drug my 01 convertible GT out of storage from the past 5 years. My wife and I have only been married for about 10 months and so far she likes guns and off road vehicles as much as I do. I lost the drivers seat in my trail rig to her and was not sure how she would respond to my love of a quick car and the "occasional" drift.

After her first ride this weekend she wanted to drive! She also bought me a bunch of Lapua brass for this years season... I love her...

Nice car, nice vid, nice pass! I used to be addicted to that stuff too but never had the $$$$ to do what I wanted.
I really still like watching the vids from time to time. Here's one of my favorites of Steve Crook a few years back where he loses his back window on his second pass.

I was rubbing it my buddies face cause my car is faster than his on pump gas than his on $105 for 5 gallons of race fuel.. Yes that was a 9.8@145MPH pass spinning and on low boost.
