I guess I have to turn my brass

If the neck on a loaded round measures .275 and ejects hard and the neck still measures the same ? I have to turn the necks ,is that correct ?

Not enough information!
What cakiber do you shoot. What is the chamber neck dimension? What is your loaded round dimension.

6/284 Loaded round is .275 ,fired case measures .275 doesn't that indicate what my chamber neck dimension is ? Shouldn't I turn the neck down .002 ?

The brass will usually spring back ~.001". Still, from your information, the neck clearance is inadequate. The best bet is to have a gunsmith make a chamber cast and aim for .003-.004" clearance. If you are using newly formed brass, remember to allow .0005" for carbon, after neck brushing.

Its a Brux bbl and my gunsmith said The inside bbl dimensions were so tight he had to order some thing special to get the Chamber reamer started. Also said make sure I start out with lowest load and slowly work up in .3 increments. So asking him to open up the neck would be the fix ?

No, just turn the necks for clearance. Your gunsmith was talking about the reamer pilot. All Brux 6mm barrels are Ø.236" bores. Most other barrels are Ø.237", although some can be ordered either way. I have several Brux 6mm barrels and they shoot really well. It just takes a smaller reamer pilot. [br]
Definitely start low. The tight bores will raise pressure for a given charge. Ultimately, they seem to shoot the same velocity as Ø.237" bores, they just take less powder.
