I got locked out a couple days ago and a message came up set up a work ticket with SECURI which is a firewall. I ended up setting the computer back up with a new install of windows otherwise I would have had to pay 199.99 to get it done. Anyone else here have that problem. I have McAffee so it didn't pick it up for some reason.

If it happens again, just clear your cookies/cache on your web browser. Google has a million how-to links for that.

It’s been happening to me with Chrome, but other browsers work fine. I’ll try Jay’s suggestion.

No issues with MAC OS

No issues with Firefox or Chrome. However, I have both set up to delete all cookies upon closing the browser. Only problem is that you have to remember your login info every time. I can't even remember what I had for lunch today.
