Hurricane IDA in Louisiana

This was a bad one slow moving through our area, damage is sad to see specially for the senior people.
If your heart wants to donate go to Samaritan's Purse for Louisiana, they had reps. at our church food line
with forms to help clear trees off peoples property that insurance don't cover. First priority for clean up is
widow's, handicap and veterans then others that need help, said they are not leaving until all application
is completed probably be hear until January. Myself and family made it through ok with the Lords help.
Wish I was a electrician to help people who had the meter panel rip off there house because power company
only connects to a secure panel on the house. The old people are having a hard time with this one still no electric
some areas told will be Oct. you can only listen to there stories when giving out supplies at the church line and pray for them.
Only in this Great USA if you would see the supplies people are donating feel good, one person gave us five five gal. gas cans
full with gas for generators. Thanks for for your ear just had to say something keep them in your prays.

thanks for the reminder ..... been thru a few living in S. Fla. so kinda know how it is ... happy to help such a great organization as Samaritan's Purse. Franklin Graham heads a great ministry there

Being on the South-East coast in N C we have been thru quite a few of the huge whirl-winds. Totally understand what it's like. All help is appreciated tremendously when these things happen. Prayers for all affected by Ida.
