Kelbly base and 1-inch rings.

I believe the barrel to be a Hart because that's what Dan Dowling was using back then when they were still making good barrels.

Rifle is in pristine condition with very low round count. Borescopes excellent. This was built by Dowling for my friend who never competed.

A little history on the "swizzle" finish. Dave Hall in New York developed the finish. Dan asked Dave if he could copy it. Dave said no problem. I've had several Dowling rifles thru the years. They all shoot good.
