It’s a model PST114 for 4.4” spacing has the PT&G aics bottom metal has the bottom bolt release built in the bottom metal my understanding is it works for top bolt release as well. It’s like new $500 shipped comes with action screws. This is the only pic I have on my phone if someone is interested I can get better or more pics
