How to speed up charging rate

Anymore suggestions on the subject perhaps? We understand all yalls financial advice, but pretty sure nobody comes to this forum for that. Usually folks without money are the ones talking about it in public. No offense, but this is not a financial planning discussion.
You seem a bit touchy on the matter. If people can spend a larger % of their net income on shooting, with no other financial hardship added to them, isn't that a win win for them? You seem to be the only person I have heard from that doesn't want or need to save money that could be used for our hobby.

And yes, I am one of the folks without a lot of excess money. My nose points straight ahead.

Was it possible to hunt PD before $1000-2000 scales were available. Come on guys he isn't trying to set a world record at 1000 yrds. You never stated what distances you want to shoot and your current group size. My rifle never shoots groups over .350" if I do my part and I weigh on a 40 YO Lyman scale I probably paid $30 for it.

How to get a little faster at charging my ammo.
I use a RCBS Charge Master 1500 then to a Gem Pro 250 with a battery operated trickler and then I put every charge on the beam scale just to confirm the electronic scale never lies to me.
I would sure like to have a system that is faster but just as accurate.
Or is charging just a slow process???

Webster, this is what he asked, so we answered. Prometheus Gen II is the fastest and most accurate way to do what he wants to do.

Tough crowd here... ;)

If you are using a ChargeMaster to dispense and check weight (cause it weighs while it dispenses), then double-checking your weight on a GemPro 250, then double-secret-probation checking the GemPro using a beam scale... then you are wasting a whole of lot time.

If you don't trust the GemPro, get rid of it or at least, take it out of the process and that will save you a bunch of time right there. If you don't trust your ChargeMaster (and it sounds like you don't from the process you are using), get rid of it and get a powder thrower. Since you seem to trust your balance, go with Boyd's advice and setup that way.

If you are interested in the last word on speed and accuracy (and money is no object), get in line for a Promethus Gen II, like Erik said. Between those two options, you could replace the beam scale with the new Sartorious ($1K) or the FX i120 (~$400-ish I think?), either of which you will not need to invent a double or triple check system for.

All of the suggestions above will be faster than your current system, ranging from $0 investment, to over $3K.

My point was he probably shouldn't be doing what he wants to do. He never stated that he tested loads at the range to verify his method was worth the time.

Your post reminded me about one of our local shooters. He bought a new rifle, started shooting real well and even posted many of his targets on the bulletin board.

Suddenly it was like a switch was thrown. His groups opened up to the point that they looked like someone's beginner girlfriend's first groups.

He went out and bought a Sartorius scale, proceeding to load his rounds to the last granule. No change in accuracy.

Then one day someone suggested he clean the carbon ring out of his barrel. After a couple of days, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, and even more cleaning, his groups returned to what they were in the beginning.

Sometimes the solution isn't in a $1,000 (or more) scale but in the $3.99 jar of J-B Bore Cleaner (or whatever one's choice of barrel scrubber might be).

The availability of high-tech in the shooting sport often diverts too much attention from the very simple "basics".
