I would like to give a little update to this topic.
I'd like to say Redding customer service is TOP NOTCH!
I had emailed them about the problem that I had with the set, and Dave got back to me about it. He let me know that he would send me a new shell holder, in exchange, to replace the duplicate .008" that came in the box. I told him, (with the help of all you knowledgeable folks on accurate shooter forum of course!) That I stoned down the extra .008" to suit my needs perfectly, and that no exchange or refund was necessary. He thanked me and agreed, but insisted that he make the situation right. He told me to keep the extra holder, and he would send me the missing .006" at no charge!
I got the shell holder the other day with a personal note from Dave, he hand checked the .006 holder to .0005". Wow! Customer service like this is uncommon here in the US these days! Redding has exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend their products to anyone who might ask.
