How much R7 in 30BR?

I want to use Reloader 7 in the 30 BR for the cases first firing to save my 4198. Can anyone give me a known charge?

Standard stuff. Necked up, turned Lapua brass, 205M primer, 115 grain 10X bullets, 18 twist Kreiger, custom action.

According to the Sierra manual, you can start with 28.5 grains of RL-7.

Which is why I NEVER guess!!

We use the same amount with both powders, around 34.5gr. Theyre pretty much interchangable.

I looked at the Sierra 30 BR entry. It's not very relevant. That 28.5 grains is at 2600 fps. The write up is, frankly, laughably out of date.
