I have run 30.5 gr. VV N-135 Fed 205M 68 gr. Bergers with no issues. Start low and work up.I've got a 14 twist 24" barrel 6br can't seem to find a listing for N135 for a 66gr FB bullet any help would be appreciated
21" Krieger 13.5t, 33.4gr n135, fed 205, 68gr Barts Avengers,.005 off touch= 3470ish.@gunsandgunsmithing
Certainly agree with the 33+ gr loads. At 33.3 I could detect faint pressure signs and was kind of glad that I had better results at 32.8 grs although I was using a 64 gr bullet and not a 66-68 gr one. Even at 32.8 I feel I am on the edge but that is where I get the accuracy. That is why I mentioned to work up. My velocity #'s are from a 24" barrel, and was wondering if anyone else has any velocity #'s to compare. Also to add I find the Norma brass holding up good. JMO
That would definitely be way too hot in my particular rife. Mine starts to get heavy bolt lift at 32.6 with a faint ejector mark. Alpha brass, Tikka Action. Pockets remain tight on the cases but noticeable change in bolt lift at that point.@gunsandgunsmithing

I'm a little surprised at that data too. I wouldn't say it's likely but if you look at the other loads on that page, most vary approx 10% from starting to max, which is pretty typical for reloading data. But when you look at that particular load, it's way more than 10% different. Again, not likely but it is possible that it's a misprint. Bottom line, just work up per usual and all should be fine but I know from experience that load would be too hot in a lot of 6br rifles I've loaded for. When I began my load work up I went to the Vit site for load info. They never had any data for a 64 gr bullet but had a max load of 33.9 gr N-135 for the 70 gr Sierra. This was one of the reasons I went over 33 grs along with no serious pressure signs.

Kinda wonder if they meant 32.9 or something but either way...as long as nobody blows themselves up. Lol!@gunsandgunsmithing
They must have tested a slow lot of their N-135. What got my attention was their velocity #'s vs what I got as well as @J.J. Coe
