Solid copper projectiles can vary in hardness ratings, no doubt this coupled with the over zealous powder charge attributed to the 47,000+ psi result.

For the Berry's 147 bullet tested, can you share the load data? That 1142fps combined with the relatively low pressure somewhat contradicts pretty much everything I've found so far.
