How do F Class matches work on electronic targets?

At Bridgeville R & P Club in Delaware we have been using the HEXTA electronic targets since June. They have worked flawlessly. We have a 3 x 600 match on Nov. 5 and 1000 yard matches on Nov. 11 and 12. These are the last of the season.

From my experiences I would recommend shooting a Fclass match with regular targets 1st. It's the best way to get used to the scoring, then you will appreciate the electronic targets even more. Each range has it's own operating procedures, I like to bring my own tablet, because u might need it, there very simple, my only suggestions is to ask that they implement the NRA suggested 7 second delay, to simulate real pit service time, either way 1 relay and you will be hooked

I will be running the prone matches at Dead Zero. I hope to be running matches by April of next year. The high power range has been cleared and they are working on rough grading right now. I will have some of the best shooters and coaches in the country on-site to evaluate range layout and E targets from different manufacters by the end of this year, hopefully. We intend to run 1-2 prone and Fclass matches a month. I will start a thread here when we get closer to the opening date. The intention is to have a world class venue for the shooting sports. It is a beautiful setting. There will be shotgun, 3 gun, IDPA, PRS, Benchrest and other disciplines as well. The HP range faces due North and we are clear cutting on both sides of the range. The owners are truly passionate about making this facility as good as it can be. Stay tuned.

Matt what type of benchrest is planned there, the new range is just minutes from me. A ubr venue would be great so close, I have all but stopped matches due to the travel expenses. Thanks. Troy
