How difficult is it to use a 6mm PPC seater for 243 LBC/6mm Predator?

I just ordered a 6mm Predator barrel from ARP, and since I already have Grendel bushing dies, I wanted to just pick a new bushing, then a 6PPC for the seater, but im reading some mixed reports about the functionality of that. For those that have done it, how difficult is it to use a 6PPC seater for the 6 Predator?

I also read the original thread about the 6mm predator and Harrison insinuated you can use a 6.5 Grendel seating die - has anyone tried that?

A 6 Grendel is nothing more or less than a .070" long PPC(at the shoulder) I use a ppc die to seat bullets in mine and it works flawlessly. Mine is a .271 nk reamer so my loaded round measures .269ish. As long as your loaded round will clear the neck id of the seater die, all that needs done is to back the seater off .070, or until it's just off or or kissing the shoulder. It couldn't be simpler.

What ppc seater do you have? My Redding comp seater has a neck id of about .274. On unturned brass it just barely rubs the case neck with a seated bullet. If I ever do a no turn version, I'll open the neck portion of the sliding sleeve to about .275 or so to keep that from being an issue. Redding does not harden those sleeves so it'll be a very simple job
