houston, texas wharehouse

several years or so ago there was a discussion about a wharehouse in houston texas that was used late at night to tease out and then separate precision shooting variables, maybe from Jackie Schmidt, can you lead me to this thread.
i have a friend wanting to reduce variables in his benchrest shooting components.

A terrrific book that will help you even more than the warehouse experience is the one by Mike Ratigan. The book is named Extreme Rifle Accuracy. Mike is a Hall Of Fame member, World Team member, and consistant winner. He is more importantly a tremendous guy to know. He is helpful at the drop of a hat. Try 580-334-8426.
His ideas and doctrine are up to date.

Sort of a minature version of the Houston warehouse is the Riverside Gun Club chickenhouse in North Carolina. It's only 100 yards but the benchrest for score matches need a clean score with 48 to 49 X's to win. Needless to say 30BR is the most favored caliber, but if you're ever in NC and want to shoot in that kind of conditions check out Riverside. http://www.riversidegunclub.org/
