Hot Rodding my Tactical Stock: Tooling

I built a fixture to hold my stock securely while it was being machined. I started with two self-centering clamps that would allow me hold a stock of any dimensions so that it was in alignment with the side panels. I use a palm router with a guide bushing to trace out a pattern that I have made out of plywood. Here are some pics of my rig and the first test cut for the Anschutz rail made on a piece of scrap lumber.

One of you asked about the adapters in the last picture. Both were purchased from Triad Tactical. I like these guys - they have a very complete selection of hardware and adapters for mounting bipods. The Picatinny adapter will accommodate either an Anschutz rail or a Freeland (US) rail, depending on how you orient the cars when you slide them into the end of the rail. Here are some links:
