Horus Scope...

Has anyone here heard of or have a Horus system scope? My son mentioned it to me and it piqued my interest.. Just curious as to anyone's experience..

Used to have 2, friend has 4, grid style FFP, glass can vary from quite mediocre to close to premium. www.horusvision.com

Wow, they got bought by NF group.

Their reticles are in many mfg scopes.

The H-59 is a nice FFP system. Pretty busy but if you spend a weekend and 500 rounds you may just like it. I do and a whole lot of others as well.

I shoot a S&B PMII with H37. Great for long range ELR shooting.

I have two and for a tactical scope it is quite good. Would not put one on a bench gun but again, not its intended purpose.

I've had H59 and Tremor2 reticles and prefer the Bushnell G2 reticle much better. Some of the Vortex x-mas tree reticles look good too like their EBR-2.

The Horus and Tremor2 are too busy for my liking.

Been shooting a Horus scope since they first came out. Detractors call the reticle "busy". To me they are a source of ballistic information. No need to touch a knob after sight in. Very fast and efficient.
