Hornady Primer Pocket Uniformer

Has anyone used the Hornady Primer Pocket Uniformer that can comment on it?

Yeah, if you use it ONCE per case, it uniforms the pocket. If you use more, you will open the primer pocket to the point the case won't hold the primer.
Note: I did not see any reduction in group size or anything else using one, so enjoy.

Tried most, finally went with the Sinclair carbide tool for both large and small primer pockets.

How was it that it opened up the pocket? I only use uniformers for safety with regard to proper seating depth for autoloading firearms.
