hornady match bullets

Anyone experimented with the new Hornady BTHP match bullets? I am interested in the .30 178gr. for a .308. Factory claims a measured .525 BC and very low tolerance jacket thickness. Does the design lend itself to jamming or off the lands?
Anyway, interested im members experience with them in any caliber.

I saw those in 6.5 on their website but I don't see them being distributed yet - at least not at PowderValley. I wonder if they'll be much different than the Nosler Custom Comps.

Is that a G1 or a G7 BC tho?

It is a G1, they don't use the G7 as far as I know. I suspect they are not in the distribution channels yet as no one seems to have them. Price will be competitive with Sierra and it appears better designed than the Sierra 175. As always, the question will be accuracy and quality control. I have an email to Hornady pending but they take forever to answer.

At .525, that'll be a G1 BC. The G7 would show a lot lower than that.

My 6,5x284 barrel is a 1:9 twist. Anyone of you loaded 140 Game kings? What was the most accurate seating depth from lands? Rifle shoots well with 123MK touching lands, but the game kings not. Any views?
