Hornady 75 gr HPBT, Part #2279 for AR15 reloads

What is expected AOL for a load with this bullet to use in Wylde chamber? Hope to load with min jump to lands.
Will these reloads feed from AR15?

In MY gun, Armalite NM AR, I shot both mag length and .005 in the lands, and it did not care. I used 7 1/2 rems and VV 540, WW brass.

Strobes,

The 68-77 grain bullets from most manufacturers are set up to be magazine fed, and are designed for a 2.260" OAL (cut that back to about 2.250"-2.255" to ensure your not dragging the tips on the front of the mag). The various 80s and 82s are intended to be seated out into, or near, the lands. Can't say what the measurement would be with the 75 Hornady, but for an 80 SMK or 82 grain Berger, this usually works out to around 2.440" in a fresh Wylde chamber. Those same bullets will go out to about 2.550" in a 5.56mm NATO chamber, for what that's worth.

These heavier bullets are intended for the 600 yard stage of XC or the NMC, which requires single loading. They weren't designed to feed from a mag, and shouldn't be seated deep enough to get them to feed. Lots of problems which can be easily avoided there, just by seating them out to where they're supposed to be loaded.
