Is it legal to ship bullets? I am not sure, I know shipping ammo for use by another is illegal and if for yourself still requires a lot of paperwork and fees, I would contact other retailers like Wideners, Brownells, Sinclairs, Natchez etc, they could if it is legal and better equiped. Sorry wasn't more help, Good Luck
