I went in to my local Cabelas just now and there on the powder shelf was 1lb of H4895, as The salesman handed it to me he told me they got a case of it in and as they were putting it on the shelf a guy said I’ll take the whole case…..when he handed it to him they guy takes one pound out and told the salesman to put it on the shelf cause he did to want to be greedy…..

No. It is just the most recently manufactured Lot # of H4895. It has recently been found at a few different stores and been mentioned here, but was originally produced and available for sale last fall (10/23). Sometimes people such as myself will ask about the Lot # because if it is brand new production, it often means that that particular Lot # of powder will start showing up soon at stores and online vendors. In this case probably not because this particular Lot # of H4895 already hit stores initially last fall.
