Monday it's suppose to be in the 60's here - eastern PA.
Time to do some recon and see what shape the fields are in and see my farmer buddies - need some excuse to get into the field.
Maybe scout for some new farms - need some new territory.
Still too early to shoot ghogs - fear hitting a pregnant female or one with pups in the den. Although roamers are usually males and are a safe bet to shoot since they've done their job already. Not fool proof but fairly reliable indicator - the females don't venture far from the hole or tree line and usually come out late in the day when they have pups they're tending in their den.
Will bring the Primo's predator call and see if I can call in a few yotes. Haven't been successful this year but haven't been out that much.
Eager to get going for the 2020 campaign - about 5 - 7 weeks more to wait before I'm into it full bore.
