HODGDON H4350

It's often an individual situation so no-one can give you a definitive answer to this sort of question. For example, one user might have given a cannister a lot of air or moisture exposure and that can have a definite effect.

As stable and supposedly consistent H4350 is, I have seen as much as a full grain difference between lots in a 284 Winchester. I always start over with a new lot of powder.
Doesn't answer your specific question though.

Thanks, Rusty...That ONE really helped.
I have not checked to see the difference as yet, was hoping someone had a percentage type of answer.
Yeah, Rusty is pretty funny, and I enjoyed his humor...but he's from Bend,..So we All understand...I used to live Bend from 1972 to 1973 when only 10,000 people lived there..and I moved away. Now like 160,000 live there!...overcrowding does that to people, can't lose your sense of humor, cause you'll go insane.
But I have no answers, I guess I dont worry about it much. Although you notice different lots burn differently, and adjust accordingly. But it can be irritating to the user,... is it Quality Control issues , or within burn parameters of the specific powder.
