Hi guys how about LT 30? I see that on PV all the time. Or IMR 4198. ?Greg, I've got some of the 'usual suspects' for powders here but time and weather conditions haven't synch'd up for any meaningful testing. I don't doubt the accuracy potential of several of the more available powders...it's the ability to hold the tune up that's the unknown, isn't it?
With what I've worked with...if push came to shove, I'd default to H322 Extreme, live with the 100 fps loss, enjoy the bulk density and know the tune up will hang in there all day.
Hope all is good with you guys. -Al

I have tried a little but jury still out.How about the VV N120 powder as a candidate?
I have some and am going to give it a try in my rifle. Thanks for the comment.I use Lt30. Good results.
It requires a bit of a hot load in mine. 35.3 grains. Bought the 30BR drop tube from Bench Rite. Have no issues seating.I have some and am going to give it a try in my rifle. Thanks for the comment.
Greg why don't you ask Jarvais or Cline about LT30. Jarvais gave up on that stuff years ago after a match at Thurmont and Cline won't use it anymore. N130 is the way to go if your getting low on 4198. N130 is all Dean used and he is the best SR score shooter out there.I have some and am going to give it a try in my rifle. Thanks for the comment.
