You can use low 30mm on a 50mm obj leupold even on a varmint barrel with a leupold or egw picatinny baseWould it be safe to assume that if one is using these on a Picatinny style base and a scope with a 40mm objective that one could get by with low rings instead of medium height? Wouldn't be a big deal to have medium height.
What DUSTY said. Tommy McWhat do you guys like for scope rings? The ones I like best are the ARC m10 but they are too big and heavy for a hunting rifle. In my mind I’m looking for high quality, small/unobtrusive, lightweight. I’m willing to compromise some on the last two.
100% agreed.Burris Signatures zee rings all the way. No need to lap, no ring marks, abilty to add up to 20 MOA of cant if you need too and look good doing it.
