I have debated even putting this out. So upfront, I am saying why I am putting this out to a forum. I just want info, and am NOT making inferences or talking bad about HPB.
On Feb 21 I ordered Brass online and paid by PP. My CC was charged $200 that day. When I ordered, there was $200 worth of brass listed available. Several days later I checked and that brass was now back ordered. Yes, I am aware even LC brass is hard to get right now, so understand delays, etc, but figured I was the lucky guy who got that last $200 worth of brass.
Then radio silence. No receipt, no billing info, no nothing from HPB.
But my brass is still not here and two emails have gone unanswered. Several days ago I noted there was a phone number on the website, and I decided to wait a few days for an email back. I have used HPB before and liked the product. Today I checked the website but when I went to the website and hit "contact us" to see the phone number, Bitdefender tossed up a block, saying "Certificate used to encrypt connection to this website does not match the domain it was issued from..." so I can't see the phone number.
I just want to talk to the family that runs HPB to see if they sent my brass and its lost, or if they hit hard times, etc. I am holding off buying from sleeping Giant, because I don't need twice as much brass, in case there is an delay.
So, anyone have a phone number for them? Any ideas?
If I don't get some info in response, i will have to go to PP or my card to fight it, and I don't want to do that if there is a reasonable explanation. But right now I am out $200 and no brass.
