High Plains Brass - Anybody purchased it lately?

Has anyone received brass from High Plains Brass recently?
I placed an order with High Plains Brass (4) days ago. I never received a confirmation email for my order. I've inquired about the order through their website, called them twice leaving messages with "Brian" both times, and sent an email to their sales department.. I've received zero responses from them. The order was only for 100 pieces of 20VT brass so I'm not as worried about the money as I am about the brass. I'm building a 20 Vartarg rifle and need the brass. I just want to know if they have the order and when it will ship. If they're out of business I'll order from another site.
I'm just trying to figure out what to do next.

His prices went up some, but I imagine the Lake City that he's making it from is getting more expensive.

Lapua 221 brass is still in stock many places, even though it's been discontinued at the factory for the time being.

Thanks. I've been eyeing sleeping giant but hesitate to place another order hoping that High Plains will come through.
Kinda blows my mind how small companies can ignore customer service information requests if they truly want their businesses to be successful. Hopefully HPB is just so busy cranking out orders that they can afford the time to reply to customer inquires.

Quick Update:
I'm still waiting to hear (10 days) from High Plains Brass on my order.
With all the issues that Covid-19 is causing throughout the world I'm trying to be patient with HPB in case there is a valid reason for their lack of communications. I'll update this post again in the future with how this all turns out.

On a more positive note, I did place an another order for (100) pices of 20VT brass with Sleeping Giant Brass on Sunday. I received my brass yesterday, less than 4 working days later. Communications were great and the brass is really nice. Extra pieces of brass were also provided by SGB. I'd recommend Sleeping Giant Brass to anyone.

On a more positive note, I did place an another order for (100) pices of 20VT brass with Sleeping Giant Brass on Sunday. I received my brass yesterday, less than 4 working days later. Communications were great and the brass is really nice. Extra pieces of brass were also provided by SGB. I'd recommend Sleeping Giant Brass to anyone.

I ordered 500 pieces of 20VT brass from Sleeping Giant 3 months ago and received them fairly quick. There were 520 in the package and about 20 were unusable. Highly recommend.

I have ordered from them in the past and yes, they sure can be aggravatingly slow at times. I have bought .221 FB and .17 Rem (both made from 5.56 LC) and it seems to be fine brass. I think that both are superior to R-P factory brass even. If I needed more of either I would order from them again.

Final update: It's been more than a month since I placed my order for 100 pieces of 20VT brass through High Plains Brass. After inquiring multiple times by phone, email & through their website with no responce I'm canceling my order through PP and getting my money back. If I ever hear from them I'll update this post accordingly.

I just received by refund from PP.
I never got a response of any kind from HPB.

Feb 21 I ordered brass that showed in stock. Radio silence since. emailed 2x. No response. Called, left very nice message, just looking to find out why my CC was billed but no brass, no communication. Left message with Dennis. Hope something bad didn't happen.

After about five more days no response I started a disputed purchase with PP. I hope to resolve this easily with some explanation at least.

A quick phone call would sure help, but I am becoming less than hopeful.

After multiple attempts to reach them, to work out a plan, to find any information, with no response at all, I went to PP and had them try. NADA.

So I escalated it and recovered my money.

Sadly, at this point, sounds like High Plains is incommunicato. Stay away till they sort out the issues or come around!!! Sad because I liked the product I bought in the past (17FB) and the price was right.
