Does anyone use one of these? Anyone care to chime in on if they're relatively accurate? Also if anyone has one, care to measure the mounting bolts distance for me? Im hoping I can get one on a 4.5 inch rail, but bing or google has been no help for me.

mounting holes are approximately 3 9/16” center to center for the outside 2 holes
Sweet so now I just need a quick run down on how well these guys work. Any owners want to chime in?
