Pretty sure that is part of a control unit from a nuclear reactor or the space shuttle. What are some of its capabilities above and beyond those of a typical adjustable front rest? It looks to be capable of doing a lot more than most.

Guys, I do not know if he is going to offer these for sale. The maker owns a machine shop. The vertical adjustment acts like a scissor jack. The windage top is on linear bearings and shafts. You could stand on it and the windage is still smooth.
