I recently received my Henderson power trimmer. I did not want to mount it to my bench just yet as I plan on changing my bench around and didn't want to waste time on the installation. I made a temporary stand out of some spare 2x2 lumber. The stand was pretty rough but I found the trimmer easy to use on top of the bench. Being able to rotate the trimmer to whatever angle I wanted made making changes or adjustments very easy. The trimmer did not move during use. After trimming a few hundred rounds I decided that I was going make a more permanent stand. I ordered some 8"x8"x1/4" aluminum plate and some 1/2" aluminum rod. Added some rubber feet and drilled some holes for storing the extra trimmer heads, cartridge screws and shell holder. I plan on having it cerakoted.
