Help with mounts

If a person bought a setup like this. It says plus 20 moa so when buying a rail does it need to be plus 20 or does them 1 piece rings make it plus 20. Sorry if this is dumb questions.

You can get a one piece in "0" or "20". Just depends on how it was machined. You can also get rings either way. Or you can get a picaytinney/Weaver in "0" or "20" moa. rail Need to check manufacturers specs.

Yes the set up in your pic makes it a 20MOA set up for a flat top rail on a AR rifle to give it proper eye relief.
For a bolt action rifle most buy a rail with the moa they want and standard rings.

Each one, rings or base, does the MOA degree you want on their own. Just the ring set you have will work, as you want.
