Help with LA follower and mag box.

I need a long action follower. I am building a 280AI in a Pierce LA Titanium receiver. Somebody said some were made in plastic. I think I would like that, if not I could swiss cheese an aluminum follower. I need a magazine box also. It will be an ADL. I need to ship it to Mark Brown of Brown Precision for a lightweight Kevlar stock.
