Just put data in mine and received all the correct drop data. It's very user friendly. Make sure all the fields that apply are filled. Not to talk down to you but just check it all out leaving nothing blank. Hit calculate and it should bring up results
Problem was with my pc cleared DNS and all gtg thanks for reply.
