Help STOP WA State Magazine Ban ###Update###

WA Senate has passed a law that would ban any magazines over the size of 10rds, SB 5078.
This has now moved into the WA House and needs to be stopped. We need your help to stop this from happening.

Please take the time TODAY to oppose it. Here is what you need to do:

1. Goto this link: https://app.leg.wa.gov/csi/House

2. From the dropdown list, select the Committee as "Civil Rights & Judiciary".

3. From the dropdown list, select the Meetings as "2/16/2022 and 10:00 AM".

4. Under Select agenda item, select the radio button "ESSB 5078 Large capacity magazines".

5. Select one of the choices and be sure to select "Con" as your Position.

Washington’s west/ blue side controls the house and senate , with Inslee as Governor there isn’t much chance of not passing.
The Left has done a good job of promoting the grieving Mother against the evil black gun and since it appears easier to get people to stand up against and issue versus standing for we on the right are in for a fight in every jurisdiction. Imo we need to understand how to combat the situation and get the public to embrace the high cap black gun as the American path to continuing freedom.

You can keep what you have but you can't carry with the magazine even with carry permit.the evil magazine has to be unloaded in your car separate from the guns when transporting "To hunt or use in a officially licensed shooting range" and within your house has to be locked in the safe. You can't have your glock with a 17 round magazine loaded by your bedside to protect yourself.
So basically they have just about criminalized possession.

The left has always used the anti gun laws we want don't impact hunting/hunters. As if hunting is the reason for the 2nd Amendment, they are continually brain training the low information public. But the true agenda is clear to anyone who BELIEVES in the founding fathers documents. The reason I have never voted for a democrat, this anti constitutional agenda is why their party was started. Ironically it is in the civil rights category.

If I was monitoring/collating this data I would automatically delete any out of State replies. I know I don't want anyone who does not live in my State to have a say in our State Laws no matter what the issues are.

You and I share the same position.

Our liberal progressive legislature and governor don't care what WA residents say (unless it's supportive of their agenda), why would anyone think they care what non-residents, who have no vote or say in state matters, think or feel about the issue?

For the record, there are several "red" counties on the west side, however, much like the east side, there just aren't enough votes to counteract whatever King and surrounding counties do.

I'm confident those restrictions will never pass SCOTUS scrutiny. It becomes a matter of getting it in on the doorstep of the high court as soon as possible.

All Wa. has really delt with are civil issues, they would change their minds real quick if they had an invasive country next door rather then Canada.
When I was young the Seattle area was coming out of ww2 and headed into Cold War prep with bunkers ,stocking up supplies etc. no one seemed concerned with how much firepower we had stashed because we were working together as Americans towards defending against attack that never materialized of course.

By land mass, the majority of this state is Red to the last drop of their blood. The state is run by three counties. All three are dyed in their collective Patagonia polar fleece commies. There is no doubt about it. Is there a high probability that the House of Representatives moves this to our tyrant governor for signature? No doubt about it. Will I be able to look into the mirror every morning knowing that I tried my best to stop this bullshit from happening? Yes.
All I’m asking is that you think about how all of this bullshit legislation starts on the west coast and slowly moves across our nation. It has taken hold on the East too. Less than five minutes of your time, too at least make them think about what they are doing, if even for a moment. It is worth it to me. I’m just asking for some help from my brothers.

Since they ask for your name and address I doubt that voting as an out of state resident will have any effect on the vote.
