Are you trying to delete ALL your messages, or just some threads, or just some posts within threads?
At the upper right corner of posts you will see a small icon with a red "X" in it and the word "REMOVE". You can click on that to delete posts.
With threads that you started, you can delete the whole thread by clicking the REMOVE link in the very first post.
