Help newb with .308 neck sizing

I'm just starting to reload for rifle. I have some fireformed cases from my 700 pss in .308 and the neck measures about .345 I have some new brass and new loaded rounds where the neck is about.335 Should I resize just the mouth of the case to allow bullet seating or should I resize the entire neck? Next question...the gun seems to like factory 150gr. FMJBT. but this round with cannelure seated at case mouth is only 2.710 or so and there is quite a bit of distance between the ogive and the lands. Is this harmful at all with respect to pressure? I have some 155gr HPBT without cannelure that can be seated closer to the lands...We'll see how that does.

Thanks for all the help

My .308 also has a .345 neck. I would make sure it's sized at least to where the base of the bullet will be. Mine definently prefers to be seated into the lands. If it likes the 150's try seating them out to the lands but back off some and work back up. The cannalure is only for for if you intend to crimp the bullets in.
