Help needed finding gunsmith

I have an 1897 Norinco I can't get anyone to work on. Yes, it's Chinese which seems to be the only reason I can't get local guys to work on it. It worked great until it didn't. Done trying to figure it out. Just need to send it to someone that works on them.

I asked AI and was told that the Norinco is not an exact copy of a Winchester 1897but very close. AI said that some parts were different because they were made of different materials. I imagine that the reluctance is because parts availability is nonexistent. If you decide or are forced to work on it yourself, gunsmith Mark Novak restores several 1897 Winchesters in some of his You Tube videos. Watch his videos and see if he explains your issue.
